Propeller Associates was set up by Antony Williams in March 2012 to provide advice to businesses in the healthcare sector. With the arrival of Simon Clarke as a Co-Director in November 2014, our offering has expanded to include environmental consulting. Together, we provide help and support to rural businesses and third sector organisations arising from our strong desire for helping others to succeed together with a passion to help our countryside thrive.
- Experience – with our respective corporate backgrounds, we offer a fairly unique blend of business development skills together with coaching and consultancy experience. This is combined with a technical understanding of the environmental consulting and healthcare markets as well as an appreciation of business issues related to rural communities.
- Flexibility – we provide a free hour initial consultation to determine if and how we can help your business. We follow this through with a diagnostic meeting to identify key business issues that you want to resolve and put a plan in place for how we propose to help. As appropriate, we will help with on the ground delivery of the key actions identified.
- Approach – where appropriate we use tried and tested business models together with our own insights to provide new ways of viewing a situation. This is designed to enable a positive shift in thinking around the direction of the business together with helping to get the most out of day to day tactics and operations. Where models are used we work carefully through them with you to help address specific business problems and challenges you may be facing.
- Trusted Advisor – our choice is to work with up to a maximum of five clients at any one time. This allows us to focus our attention and fits with our desire to build lasting professional relationships based on trust and delivery. Based on comments from those that we work with, we are seen as adept commercially with a combination of analytical and creative skills. We are also recognised for delivering tangible business outcomes.
